Iterative Design & Testing of a Product SRP Prototype
While creating a prototype for a product search interface, I faced the challenge of accommodating a large amount of data and multiple client-requested options in a single prototype. The primary goal was to enhance the user experience while effectively managing the complexities of the client's requirements.
Streamlining B2B Orders with Future Delivery Date
I designed the Future Delivery Date (FDD) feature to simplify multi-shipment scheduling, reduce errors, and improve order management efficiency for high-frequency B2B purchasers. This solution led to increased sales, fewer ordering errors, and higher user satisfaction through a more intuitive, streamlined experience.
